Over the past four months, up until today, we have been experiencing a significant decline in sales (Please see the attached image).
We have not changed anything on our side; we continue to update our existing apps as usual, and we consistently publish new apps to the Amazon Appstore for both Fire Tablet and Fire TV.
Despite these efforts, we are still seeing a daily decline instead of any improvement.
Is this related to the Amazon Appstore changing its algorithm or something similar?
We are currently not aware of any technical issues that could cause low download numbers. I have reached out to the appropriate team for further investigation and will let you know once we receive an update.
@Super_Mario What we don’t understand is why sales occasionally return to decent numbers, like during the last week of November, only to drop again afterward. It’s really frustrating because we work very hard on our apps, and this is our full-time job. I hope this issue gets fixed soon.
