Unable to Access Amazon Appstore Developer Account Due to OTP Issues

We are urgently requesting your assistance to regain access to our Amazon Appstore developer account.

When attempting to log in, we are prompted to enter a one-time password (OTP) sent via SMS. However, despite our phone number being correct, we are not receiving the OTP message in a timely manner. On rare occasions when the SMS is eventually received, the OTP is unfortunately marked as invalid due to expiration or delay.

This issue is preventing us from accessing our developer console, which is critical for managing our app updates and responding to user feedback.

We kindly ask you to investigate this matter as soon as possible and provide a solution, whether it be an alternative verification method or technical resolution, so we can restore access to our account without further delay.

Unfortunately, the Appstore Developer Support team is not authorized to handle account login-related issues. If your account is locked due to Two-Step Verification, please follow the steps outlined in Recover Your Account after Two-Step Verification Fails.

If SMS messages are not working for you, you may use an authenticator app instead. For more details, please see the section Does two-step verification support authenticator apps?.
